Summary

Booker Winery is deeply rooted in the history of Paso Robles, with its name stemming from the orphaned Booker brothers, Claude and Dick, who acquired the land in the 1920s. Under the ownership of Eric and Lisa Jensen since 2001, the vineyard has been dedicated to producing the finest grapes, initially for renowned wineries in the region. After collaborating with esteemed winemakers Justin Smith and Stephan Asseo, the Jensens introduced their own Booker Vineyard wines in 2005. With a commitment to organic farming, validated by their certification in 2021, and an inspiration drawn from biodynamics, Booker Winery flourishes in Paso Robles' challenging westside terroir. In the cellar, the winemaking team carefully crafts wines to reflect the character of the vintage, producing legendary wines that are both delectable and accessible.
